Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Cyber Dance. Using the service means you accept them.
What the service does
The app breaks dance videos into steps, lets you practise against your camera with computed feedback, and hosts courses from instructors. The feedback is a practice aid and does not replace professional instruction.
Your account
- Registration is personal. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.
- Give accurate details. Accounts with false details may be suspended.
- You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
Content you upload
- Your content stays yours. You grant us a limited permission to process, store and display it back to you, solely to run the service.
- You confirm you have the right to use the video you upload or the link you paste. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, invades someone's privacy, or is otherwise unlawful.
- We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Payments, credits and subscriptions
- Prices are in Israeli shekels and include tax as required by law. Payment is processed by Cyber School Ltd (company no. 515082329).
- One credit is used per video analysis and per practice check. The monthly allowance depends on your plan and renews each month. Unused credits do not carry over.
- Buying a single course gives permanent access to that course.
- A subscription runs for 30 days at a time.
Cancellation and refunds
Consumers have cancellation rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. Send cancellation requests to office@cyberdance.org.il.
Instructors
- An instructor receives 50 percent of each sale of their course.
- Payouts are made on request, from a minimum of 50 shekels, and are transferred outside the system.
- A new instructor's first course is reviewed before it is published.
- The instructor is responsible for the content they upload and the rights in it.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to bypass technical limits, break into the system or disrupt it.
- Heavy automated use that harms availability for others.
- Sharing sign-in details or paid content with someone who has not bought it.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every analysis will be accurate. Do not rely on the feedback as medical advice or professional instruction. Physical practice is at your own risk, and you are responsible for matching the effort to your condition.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
