This page explains what information Cyber Dance collects when you use it, why, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it. It describes what the system actually does.
The service is operated by Cyber School Ltd (company no. 515082329). For privacy enquiries: office@cyberdance.org.il.
| Type | Exactly what | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Email address, name, and a profile picture if you upload one. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never as text. If you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier is stored instead of a password. | To identify you and keep your progress |
| Content you bring | Links you paste, videos you upload, and the lesson produced from them | To build the lesson and show it to you again |
| Practice recordings | Video recorded from your camera in the practice room, and the score calculated from it | To give feedback and show your practice history |
| Usage | An anonymous visit counter: date, page type, referrer, device type, browser and operating system | To understand what works |
| Payments | Amount, product and transaction reference. Card details never pass through us and are not stored by us. If you choose to save a payment method, an encrypted token, card brand, last four digits and expiry are kept. | To take payment and issue a receipt |
We do not sell or rent your information. It reaches only the providers needed to run the service:
| Provider | What reaches them |
|---|---|
| PayPlus | Payment processing. Card details go directly to them and never pass through us. |
| Bunny Stream | Storage and streaming of course videos. |
| Only if you choose to sign in with Google, to verify your identity. | |
| Anthropic | To identify the dance style and draft explanations, a few still frames from the video and the source title are sent. The full video is not sent. |
| Mail server | Your email address, to send verification, password resets and receipts. |
Speech transcription and motion analysis run on our own server and are not sent to any third party.
Data is stored on a server in Germany, inside the European Union. Your account and content are kept while the account exists. Deleting an analysis also deletes its video file. Deleting your account removes your account details and the content created in it. Payment records are kept for the period accounting law requires.
For any request: office@cyberdance.org.il.
Traffic is encrypted. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Server access is restricted to a personal key. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will tell you.
The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. Younger users need a parent or guardian's consent.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and email registered users.
